After nearly two years of selling at a breakneck pace, Michigan’s housing market seems to be slowing down.

Following a national trend, July sales in Michigan were down 15.5% year-over-year, according to Michigan real estate data company Realcomp. Nationwide, existing home sales have been decreasing for five consecutive months.
